No. It sits on top of Aras Innovator. Your data model, workflows, permissions and vault stay untouched, so upgrades stay clean. PowerPlay changes go through a private draft, your review and an audit trail, and can be exported as a pull request or package.
No. Training asks users to fit the screens. The studio fits the screens to each role, puts help inside the screen and shortens the time from feedback to fix — so the easiest way to do the work is the PLM way.
With one high-volume journey. The assessment observes real users on real tasks, baselines clicks, screens and manual effort, and ranks journeys by frequency and friction, so the first improvement lands on the work people do most.
Not by logins. We track clicks per task, screens per decision, re-keyed data, time to decision and work done outside PLM — baselined before any change and compared after. We do not quote headline percentages; the number that matters is your own before and after.
It runs as the user, with that user’s own Aras permissions, so it cannot do anything they could not do in Aras. Training and retention are switched off on every model connection, and you define guardrails — for example, for export-controlled data. It works with the model you choose.
