ACE — Aras Community Event — is Aras Corporation's annual user conference, bringing customers, partners and the product team together for sessions on platform direction, customer programmes and technical practice. The 2025 edition ran 31 March – 3 April at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza, marking Aras' 25th anniversary under the theme "Connected Intelligence: AI, PLM and a Future-ready Digital Thread", with 500 attendees and 35 partner sponsors. SteepGraph joined as a sponsor and presented ScaleB.

• AI moved from possibility to product. Aras launched Nova, its AI assistant for Innovator SaaS, and framed agentic and generative AI as central to change management and impact analysis — with governance still the open question.
• InnovatorEdge changes what partners can build. The low-code API management framework democratises data access, which reshapes the build-versus-buy conversation for anyone extending their digital thread.
• Scale is no longer a theoretical concern. CERN's 100-million-part implementation, presented in the keynote, reset what people consider a large Aras deployment.
• The focus is shifting from applications to data. Repeatedly, the message was that data quality and governance — not another module — are what determine whether AI delivers anything.
• Migration complexity is still the barrier. Aras' own recap named migration and alignment with changing business needs as the persistent adoption blockers, which is exactly what brought people to our kiosk.
